Advance Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the order under Partial COD.
The advance amount is adjusted in the final payable amount during delivery.

Remaining Payment at Delivery

Delivery Time

Product Inspection

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
Any transit damage issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper video proof.
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Customized, imported, special-order, or machine-related products may not be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping, packing, handling, and return charges may apply in cancellation cases.

Return & Replacement
